1st October - Feast of St Theresa of Lisieux - Danny 
"If Our Lady wasn’t born, we’d never be here today ... I pray to her every night before I go to sleep, and I love her, loads."

Our Lady's message to Mirjana Soldo, Medjugorje, 2nd October 2018:
"Dear children, I am calling you to be courageous and to not grow weary, because even the smallest good - the smallest sign of love - conquers evil which is all the more visible. My children, listen to me so that good may overcome, so that you may come to know the love of my Son. This is the greatest happiness - the hands of my Son that embrace, of Him who loves the soul, of Him who has given Himself for you and is always giving Himself anew in the Eucharist, of Him who has the words of eternal life. To come to know His love, to follow in His footsteps, means to have a wealth of spirituality. This is the wealth which gives good feelings and sees love and goodness everywhere. Apostles of my love, my children, be like the rays of the sun which with the warmth of my Son's love warm everyone around them. My children, the world needs apostles of love; the world needs much prayer, but prayer spoken with the heart and the soul and not only pronounced with the lips. My children, long for holiness but in humility, in the humility which permits my Son to do that which He desires through you. My children, your prayers, your words, thoughts and actions - all of this either opens or closes the doors to the Kingdom of Heaven for you. My Son showed you the way and gave you hope, and I am consoling and encouraging you because, my children, I had come to know pain, but I had faith and hope. Now I have the reward of life in the Kingdom of my Son. Therefore, listen to me, have courage and do not grow weary. Thank you."
2nd October - Feast of our Guardian Angels - Sister Maria del Fiat 
"I love Mary because she has been a mother to me ever since I consecrated myself to her. She has also been my spiritual director, my novice mistress, the cause of my perseverance in the spiritual life. For this reason I thank her and I always want to honour her."

3rd October - Sheena 
"I love my very special Mama. My earthly mother taught me about my heavenly mother and I love her to bits. I cannot go without a day saying the rosary because she's my helper, she's my carer, she's my guardian and she brings me to her son Jesus. With St Joseph, together I walk between them and they take me to Jesus in the Eucharist."

"Mary for me is love and trust."

5th October - Feast of St Faustina Kowalska - Doreen 
"Our Lady's beautiful, soft, warm, loving, and I just love her and want to love her more."
Doreen is from Saint Lucia.
6th October - Alessandra 
"I truly believe that what makes us ready to encounter Jesus is his mother."

7th October - Feast of Our Lady of the Rosary - Sean 
"For me Our Lady means that we’ve got somebody on our side who’s intercessing between us and the Lord. It’s all about Jesus through Mary."

"Our Lady is my mother. .. I know that she will take all in her hands and I won’t be anxious anymore.

9th October - Feast of Bl John Henry Newman - Father Stephen 
"Our Lady very simply is the one who is for us a model of obedience to the Father’s will and who leads us to her son."
Father Stephen is from the archdiocese of Birmingham in England.
10th October - Tins 
"Mary is the Mother of God and she is close to God … Pray the rosary - everything will happen!"

11th October - Feast of Pope Saint John XXIII - Valiton 
"I look at Mary as my own mother … I know she’s with us the whole time because I can always feel her presence."
Valiton is 25 and from India.
12th October - Feast of Our Lady of Aparecida - Anne 
"Our Lady of Aparecida is very dear in our country and the special thing about her I think is that she comes to us very closely and silently. She doesn’t do anything strong. She just was there in the river and someone rescued her and people took her to their homes and then she began to give favours. And all the country gathers round her now - she had a room, she had a shrine, now she has a really big beautiful church where people call her mother, everyone calls that place 'our mother’s home - a casa da nossa mãe’. All over the world, all the over the hearts, she makes herself very close to us. "

13th October - 101st anniversary of last apparition in Fatima - Freya 
"Our Lady for me is a hope. Lourdes is just a really important part of who I am and she’s obviously a massive part of Lourdes and she’s someone that’s just always been in my life and I feel like something that has led me back to my faith constantly, whether I like it or not. Yeh, she’s just like something that’s steadfast in my life and I just love her."

14th October - canonization of Pope Paul VI - Sophia 
"I love Mother Mary and Mother Mary is my mother. I’m so devoted to her and in all my need I feel her presence always with me. The rosary is my weapon. One Hail Mary is a nuclear bomb against the devil. So I love Mother Mary and I love the rosary and I promote the devotion to Mother Mary. Ave Maria!"

15th October - Feast of St Teresa of Avila - Anna 
"What I love about Our Lady is her faithfulness. So in her original yes - so her yes to the Lord being now, and to be and to come - but also her faithfulness to us in our prayers to her. She always takes our prayers to Jesus’ heart and I’ve seen that in my own life so many times. When I pray for people who are vulnerable and meek: she was there with Jesus when he was on the cross, when he was at his weakest, and she does that for me and my friends and the loved ones I take to her. So I love her faithfulness."

16th October - Feast of St Margaret Mary Alacoque & 40th anniversary of the election of Karol Wojtyla as Pope - Oliver 
"I consider Mary as my queen and my mother. She has a very special place in my heart. The devotion to Our Lady developed when I started a book on True Devotion to Our Lady by St Louis de Montfort and I always loved this quotation from him saying, if you want to go to God and be united with him, we must use the same means he used to come down to us, that means we should have a true devotion to Our Lady. So all that we are - and our holy father Pope St John Paul II has given us a very good example of consecrating oneself, Totus Tuus Maria - all that we have and all that we are we own, body and soul, we offer it to God through the hands of our dear mother. That is why she is my queen and my mother."

17th October - Feast of St Ignatius of Antioch - Ephrem 
"Mary is the Mother of God and she’s the mother of the child who saved the world. When I think of her I think of saving and helping. No matter how we are or anything we do, she will always give us a second chance."

"Our Blessed Mother is everything to me. She’s my mother."

19th October - Feast of Ss John de Brebeuf, Isaac Jogues, Noël Chabanel & their companions - Marcela 
"Mary is my mother who loves me dearly. I can see her protection even at the time I didn't believe in her, and she is there for me whatever I need, and she has led me to lead a rosary group. She takes me to people and I think she is making me help others find her as a mother as well."

20th October - Maria 
"Whenever I feel afraid I just hold the rosary in my hand. .. There are no words to explain the love of Jesus and Mary. The love is eternal, we can’t measure it."

"Our Lady for me she’s a mother, as she is for every Catholic. She’s someone that I trust to lead me to Christ. She is the one who has imitated Christ in the best way in this world.
La Sainte Vierge est notre mère et alors que notre espérance dans ce monde c’est pouvoir imiter le Seigneur Jesus. Et bien elle l’a imité au plus haut degré."

22nd October - Feast of Pope St John Paul II - João Paulo 
"The Virgin Mary for me is my mother .. is the person with whom I try to talk. I wish I was a better son who would pray the rosary more often to make her happy. .. I ask her to remind me that she is always close to me."

Our Lady's message to Marija Pavlović, Medjugorje, 25 October 2018
"Dear children! You have a great grace of being called to a new life through the messages which I am giving you. This, little children, is a time of grace, a time and a call to conversion for you and the future generations. Therefore, I am calling you, little children, pray more and open your heart to my Son Jesus. I am with you and love you all and bless you with my motherly blessing. Thank you for having responded to my call."
